The Presales Consultant is responsible for providing technical expertise and support to the sales team in the pre-sales process. This includes developing and delivering presentations and demonstrations, answering end user's enquiries, and helping to qualify leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT solutions and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective end User
- Provide explanation to end user's questions about IT solutions.
- Help to qualify & filter leads.
- Work with the sales team to develop proposals.
- Conduct research on competitor products and services.
- Stay up to date on the latest IT trends.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT solutions.
- sycellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong end users service skills
