These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the subscription to our product and services ("Service") provided by vnetwork system Sdn Bhd ("Provider") to you ("Subscriber"). By subscribing to our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please provide a written email to notify us for further negotiation.

Subscription Plan: Subscriber agrees to subscribe to the Service provided by the Provider according to the selected subscription plan ("Plan"). The Plan details including pricing, features, and duration are outlined in the subscription agreement.

Payment and Billing: Subscriber agrees to pay the subscription fees as outlined in the subscription agreement. Payment shall be made monthly in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of the Service.

Term and Termination: The subscription term shall commence upon the activation of the Service and continue on a monthly basis unless terminated by either party with a prior written notice of at least 30 days. Upon termination, Subscriber's access to the Service will be disabled, and any outstanding fees shall become immediately due and remaining months payment shall be charged to Subscriber.

Use of Service: Subscriber agrees to use the Service solely for its internal business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Subscriber shall not resell, sublicense, or distribute the Service without prior written consent from the Provider.

Equipment: Provider may supply certain equipment necessary for the provision of the Service. Subscriber agrees to use the equipment solely for the purposes of using the Service and shall not modify, tamper, or remove any equipment without prior authorization from the Provider.

Maintenance and Support: Provider shall provide maintenance and support services for the Service during the subscription term, includes software updates, upgrades, or security patches. Subscriber agrees to install such updates promptly to ensure the security and performance of the Service. Subscriber agrees to promptly report any issues or malfunctions to Provider and allow reasonable time for resolution.

Data Privacy: Provider agrees to adhere to applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding Subscriber's data stored or processed by the Service. Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that Provider may collect, process, and use data as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the subscription term. This obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of arbitration.

Modification of Terms: Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Subscriber's continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modifications shall constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.

By subscribing to our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
