Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through inbound and outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients, understand their needs and challenges, and tailor sales pitches and solutions to address their specific requirements.
- Engage with prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our products/services, educate them on key features and benefits, and establish rapport and trust.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team and principals to develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and campaigns to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, contacts, activities, and opportunities in the CRM system/Excel, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Provide timely and effective responses to inquiries, requests for information, quotes, and proposals from prospects and clients, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and close sales.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align sales and marketing efforts, leverage marketing materials and campaigns, and provide feedback on lead quality and conversion rates.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and product updates to effectively position our products/services and differentiate ourselves in the market.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Respond anytime or get backup from internal to urgent, ad-hoc or before dateline tender/RFQ/RFP submission request by customer/partner with best possible solution quotation, scope of compliance and design drawing.
- Actively contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development roles, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Knowledge in CCTV, Network Cameras, Video Management and Analytic would be added advantages.
- Self-initiative, humble, continuous learning attitude with a results-oriented mindset and identifying opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects and clients over the phone and via email.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, identify pain points, and recommend appropriate solutions to address them.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive and persistent approach to prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up.
- Familiarity and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales productivity tools.
- Passion for driving innovation and business growth, with a willingness to take ownership and initiative in driving the success of the company.
- Certificate/Diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred or with more than 1 years of experience in retails/tele sales.
